Dinner hosted by Dean Fearing, Jonathan Waxman, and Anthony Le Pape
Known to many as the “Father of Southwestern Cuisine,” Dean
Fearing has spent his life cooking for people who love good food. His namesake
Fearing’s Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas has been the centerpiece of
the chef’s “bold flavors, no borders” cuisine since it first opened in 2007. Thankfully, he’ll be taking his Texas culinary inspiration on the road -- to
Miami! -- for one night only, cooking alongside pal Jonathan Waxman, the James
Beard Award-winning chef of the much-adored Barbuto in New York City and one of
the foremost pioneers of California cuisine. (Fun fact: Bobby Flay came out of
both of their kitchens.) Together with Anthony Le Pape, Executive Chef of The
Ritz-Carlton, South Beach’s Fuego y Mar, these passionate chefs will serve up a
dining experience that blends their rare and remarkable artistry in perfect

- You and your guest can only register for one of the night's dinner events. If you register for both events - you will be canceled from both and have to re-register.
- First come - First serve – we will have a waitlist
- If you cancel after the deadline, there will be a $400 charge per person - that deadline will be 10 days prior to the events - February 14th.
