Lauren Patten
​Lauren started doing commercials at the age of four and began to perform in community theatre soon afterward. She made her professional theatre debut when she was twelve years old in the Goodman Theatre’s production of A Christmas Carol. At age fourteen, she moved to Los Angeles to participate in the Rubicon Theatre’s production of A Diary of Anne Frank as the title character. In 2015, Patten moved to New York City to appear in the original Broadway cast of Fun Home as the cover for Medium Alison and Joan. She is best known for originating the role of Jo in the Broadway musical Jagged Little Pill. For her critically-acclaimed performance, Lauren received nominations for the Drama Desk Award (Outstanding Featured Actress in a Musical) and the Drama League Award (Distinguished Performance). She was also named an honoree for the Outer Critics Circle Awards (Outstanding Featured Actress in a Musical). The production, directed by Diane Paulus, features the music of Alanis Morissette, with a book by Diablo Cody and musical arrangements by Tom Kitt. Lauren can be seen on season 10 of Blue Bloods on CBS, reprising her role as Officer Rachel Witten.

Jonathan Pogash aka The Cocktail Guru
Jonathan is a cocktail consultant, educator, and cocktail book author with over 20 years of experience servicing the hospitality industry. Jonathan has worked his way up from bar-back at NYC’s famous Russian Tea Room to his present-day role as President of his eponymous, full-service beverage consulting firm, The Cocktail Guru. His influences include cocktail luminaries Steve Olson and Gary Regan. In 2006, Jonathan launched The Cocktail Guru, where he created bar programs for some of New York’s finest cocktail dens. Today, The Cocktail Guru consults across the U.S. for bars, restaurants, and beverage brands. Jonathan is the editor of the 75th Anniversary Edition of the world-renowned Mr. Boston Bartenders’ Guide and has led master classes at Degustibus Cooking School, Johnson & Wales University, Astor Center, and the Institute of Culinary Education.
